Job Description/Responsibilities:

Our team of highly skilled Personal Lines Sales Executives provide competitive insurance quotes, coverage guidance and recommendations to consumers. We will support your efforts to obtain your MA producers license and provide all the education necessary to have a successful career in insurance and endless opportunities for advancement. Our compensation plan rewards those who work hard and enjoy an above average income and life style. You will be assigned a dedicated Success Mentor and will receive guidance, support and involvement from our Management Team.

The Personal Lines Sales Executive primary focus is to develop and close high quality new business opportunities. In this role you will:

  • Learn to quote, sell and bind all personal lines products including Home, Auto, Recreational Vehicles, Inland Marine and many more
  • Perform outbound calls to high-quality insurance leads, and respond to inbound inquiries sourced from organic marketing channels
  • Counsel prospects and customers on proper levels of protection and coverage
  • Meet goals for qualified prospects and sales volume
  • Negotiate with insurance carriers on behalf of customer to gain a competitive price and comprehensive coverage
  • Have regular one on one coaching sessions with your Manager
  • Contribute to team building activities

Required Skills & Expertise

  • College degree or equivalent insurance experience required
  • Previous sales experience preferred, does not have to be insurance related
  • Must be willing to attain required state insurance licenses
  • Upbeat attitude and team player
  • Strong verbal communication skills, must be able to communicate the benefits of our service, products and carrier relationship to potential clients
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to network and build relationships
