Adriana Hamlin-Personal Lines General Services Assistant
- How long have you been with McSweeney & Ricci and what’s your title? “I’m a General Services Assistant for our Personal Lines Insurance Department. I’ve been with McSweeney & Ricci for two years as of January!”
- What are your primary responsibilities? “I process all payment calls and walk-in payments, process drive paperwork and in-house Registry changes and mortgagee changes. I also cover the Reception desk and over-flow calls and assist with processing the mail when needed.”
- What is your favorite thing about your job? “I have a lot of diversity in my position so it’s never boring. It keeps me busy learning new things and socializing with our clients.”
- “Do you belong to any clubs or do you volunteer anywhere? My boyfriend is a co-owner of Second Wind Brewing in Plymouth so occasionally I get to help with pouring at events, or tasting new beers before they go to the public – the fun stuff!
- Where do you live and do you have any pets? “I live in America’s Hometown, Plymouth MA with my longtime boyfriend, JR Shepard and his 23 year old cat, Autumn.”
- Do you have any hobbies? “Since I’m a Florida transplant, I love to drive around and explore new areas and take photos of the places I find. Whether it be ocean views or just run down old buildings, you can find the beauty in it all. I also love to read, cook for friends and family, and especially recently – garden/grow things. Our condo is currently overrun with potted plants trying to survive the winter indoors!”
- What is your favorite show or movie? “My favorite movie is a tie between Sweet Home Alabama and The Boondock Saints – two totally different genres but great overall! My TV show favs are Fixer Upper, Riverdale, This is Us, and the Marvel series on Netflix.”
- If you were reincarnated as an animal, what would it be? “If I had to choose an animal, I would want to be a sea turtle, getting to swim in the ocean all day long would be amazing!”
