How Long have you been with McSweeney & Ricci? In May of this year, Justin will have been with McSweeney & Ricci for 17 years! In Justin’s many years with the agency, he has worked in our Braintree, Pembroke and Marshfield offices, and has held many titles. However, as a lifelong resident of Marshfield, we feel his current title of Branch Manager for our Marshfield, Massachusetts office is where he truly shines!

Don’t I know you from somewhere? You may recognize Justin from some of our Marshfield office brochures and newspaper ads and Justin is now serving as “the voice of McSweeney & Ricci,” as he has been “voicing” our radio ads on WATD radio.

What’s your favorite part of your job? Justin is most definitely a “people person” so it’s no surprise that he said, “working with my colleagues here and servicing the clients, makes my job so enjoyable!”

Do you have any designations? Justin has earned the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), and the Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation.

A little bit about Justin’s personal life: A lifelong resident of Marshfield, Justin is the proud Daddy of five year old twin girls, Emma and Lilly. So Justin can frequently be found bringing the girls to Hot Shots Soccer Camp and Tumblefun Gymnastics. Justin’s wife Cindy is Acting Manager of Hingham Institute for Savings in Weymouth. Justin is active within the community and has been a member of a networking group called, Business First Networking for the past two years.

Do you have any hobbies? Outside of work and his family, Justin has little free time, but enjoys running the trails behind his Marshfield home and has participated in many 10K road races and even a half marathon in the past.

Where is your favorite place to go on vacation? Definitely, Walt Disney World in Florida.

Who has most influenced your life? “The four people who have influenced my life the most, are my parents and grandparents on my mother’s side. They encouraged me to work hard, treat others with respect, be kind and sincere to anyone and everyone. They taught me the value of family, and it is the same family values I am passing down to my children. “

Do you have a favorite quote? “Yes, it was written by Franklin P. Jones “You can learn many things from children. How much patience you have, for instance. ” Not only is Justin patient but if you are lucky enough to meet him, you would find, he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet!
