RMV Error involving Travelers Insurance Business Auto Policyholders

On May 9th and May 10th the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles inadvertently mailed letters to Travelers Insurance commercial auto insureds that their registrations will be revoked by May 13th.

These letters were sent in error. If you received one of these letters, please disregard it.

The Massachusetts RMV realized the error quickly and has sent out a follow up letter.

No further action is required by Travelers or our clients.

Our Commercial Lines Division is reaching out to our clients to assure them that the letters were erroneous.
