Troy Alexander-Account Manager

  1. How Long have you been with McSweeney & Ricci and what is your title? “I’ve been here just under 3 Months and I’m a Personal Lines Account Manager in our Braintree office.” (yup he’s a newbie)
  2. What’s your favorite part of your job? “My favorite part is the daily interaction with the clients. We have some great clients!”
  3. Do you have any designations? “In the near future, I’m going to be working toward my CISR designation”
  4. Can you tell us a little bit about your life? “I live in Foxboro and have four dogs, Licorice, Willow, Lainie and Mikey (all rescues). I come from a giant family! There is seven kids total, (6 boys and one girl), and I’m the second oldest. Growing up there was never a dull moment!  I went to Worcester Polytechnic Institute and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Management. In my free time, I enjoy working out and playing basketball. I have been dating my girlfriend Samantha for a little over three and a half years.”
  5. If you could witness any event past, present or future, what would it be? “I wish I could have witnessed Michael Jordan’s 1997 Game 5 that he played with the flu again the Jazz. Amazing!”
  6. What was the first thing you bought with your own money? “My first big purchase was my laptop for college.”
  7. What did you do growing up that got you into trouble? “One time in Kindergarten, I made a jail break and climbed over the fence and got back into the car before my mom was able to make it back from dropping me off.”
