About You:

If you describe yourself as competitive, entrepreneurial, driven and a fantastic networker, then you have found your next career!  Our Ideal Candidate would have 2+ years of sales experience (insurance sales preferred but not required), have a MA Property & Casualty license (preferred) or willingness to obtain license within an agreed upon timeframe.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet established new business production goals
  • Identify prospective clients using established agency methods (cold calls, referrals, networking)
  • Manage sales process from quoting to closing
  • Counsel prospects and clients on proper protection and coverages
  • Utilize agency management system and other agency applications in accordance with agency procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Self-starter with genuine willingness to learn and be mentored
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to network and build relationships
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
  • Upbeat attitude and team player
